Information Gathering Rumor in Luminous Arc Garden

(this is an introductory topic for information gathering)

Lately there's a group of people who are wearing weird clothing came to this land, and has brought many questions to people.

A few of those who came to their world are staying in this place, as they are too young to stay by themselves.
Some of the old people doesnt agree to accept them, but the other kids are too excited by their presence.

Finally the decision was made, they are allowed to stay.. The old people are unhappy about this, but they never say why, the same goes to the representative, they are just stay quiet about this.
