Characteristic: Lailah tends to be outgoing, but is very mature and sure of herself when she needs to be. She has a very positive and upbeat personality, and always has a cool head and a smile.

Story: Lailah is the daughter of humans, but from an early age she knew that she was different than the other children in her hometown. She was fragile, but her knowledge surpassed that of grown adults. When she was nine years old, her mother revealed to her that things were not as they seemed. Lailah's mother, Suriel, was the daughter of one human, Elizabeth, and of a faerie, Jeremiel. The faerie gene supposedly diminishes with time in the Mortal realm, but Suriel had the ability to retain that gene, unbeknowst to her, so when she married, the faerie gene, however recognizable the trait may be, was in Lailah. Faeries are known for their beauty, and Lailah is no exception with a flowing halo of blonde hair, jade eyes, and full, heart-shaped lips, the spitting image of her mother. She doesn't have any "magical powers"...that she knows of. The only thing that sets her apart from the rest of the world is her immortal beauty and her infinite knowledge.
