2'nd remodel -- Can hold double bed (Marriage=YES) and a child crib/bed. Furniture is better--15 items 1500DM
3'rd remodel-- Can hold all of the above & a extra room. Furniture is way better--30 items thanks to the new room 2000DM
4'th & last-- All of the furniture & 60 items ( ) XD 2500 DM
